Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)

  • Supervising field staff: Leading by example, working alongside, guiding, and supporting the team as they carry out lawn care and pest control services.
  • Maintain high standards: Ensure that our work consistently meets or exceeds our established quality standards and conduct property inspections to verify the results.
  • Travel between Lewiston and Moscow: This position requires regular travel between our Lewiston and Moscow office locations.

Requirements:

  • Lawn Care & Pest Control Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for the lawn care and pest control industry.
  • Leadership or Management Experience: At least 1 year of proven leadership or management experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide, motivate, and mentor our team.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current and valid driver's license with a good driving record is required for this position, as it involves regular travel between our Lewiston and Moscow office locations.
  • Valid Pesticide Applicator License: You must hold a valid pesticide applicator license in at least one of the following categories: Ornamental Insecticide/Fungicide (OI), Ornamental Herbicide (OH), General Pest (GP), Structural Destroying Pests (SP), Rodent Control (RC) and must be in one of the following states: Idaho (ID), Montana (MT), Oregon (OR), Washington (WA), or Wyoming (WY).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Lawn Care and Pest Control: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Leadership or Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License with a good driving record (Required)
  • Pesticide Applicator’s License in ID, MT, OR, WA, WY (Preferred)
  • applicators license in: OI, OH, GP, SP, RC (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Moscow, ID 83843: Relocate before starting work (Required)
